Completely revamped website for Sagilo launched today – 20 Jun 2017

Hello all, we are very excited to announce the launch of our revamped website, https://sagilo.com. sagilo.com is our front facing website for our project management app, Sagilo, which is hosted on https://sagilo.perials.com. Few days back we had revamped the application website i.e. sagilo.perials.com and hence to keep up with the new brand colors the front website too had to be revamped.

 

 

The old application website was using shades of corporate blue color and bold fonts. Without doubts it looked pretty cool 🙂 but we felt it was too corporate and looked like just another project management tools available online. So we started working on the new design with new color schemes. In the process we went through some awesome websites and amazing web apps. After a lot of research and lots of to and fro with PSD we final upon this one; the one you are viewing currently.

While updating our application website clean UI was our prime motto. If you carefully have a look at the application website you’ll note that every section of the app is well spaced with proper indentation and margins. Be it a call to action button or a section title; every element is carefully aligned and placed at it’s proper position.

Needless to say both the websites are responsive. In today world when almost 60% of the users are using mobile devices, a responsive website is inevitable.

Lastly readability. The application website is not any portfolio website but a task management application which is very high in text content and almost no images. So a readable font and font size comfortable for reading is what we were looking for. As you can see, typography we have used is bold yet very sleek. Word spacing, letter spacing, line height and so on; everything has been well thought and then implemented.
